SAYAKODO is a one‑maker workshop crafting bespoke wooden sayas, each one handmade and custom‑fit to your knife. Every piece is built with intention and guided by the belief that details define quality.

Each saya begins with hand‑selected hardwood shaped precisely to your knife’s dimensions. Every piece is carved and fitted by hand, then sanded to an ultra‑smooth finish before being treated with Odie’s Oil and Odie’s Wax through a five‑day curing process. Final polishing follows a Japanese approach that honors both the craft and the blade it protects.
